Educate your seller! A staged home is designed to attract the widest possible range of buyers. Staging is not done to appease the personal taste of your seller.
Hire a professional stager! A staged listing with a strong on-trend design identity will attract your target buyer 20% faster than a non-staged listing.
Hire an experienced real estate photographer! Great staging and great photos equal a listing that stands out in the sea of overly simplified and all-white competing listings.
Post to social media! A quick story... In 2022, two of the apartments that I staged were purchased by buyers who were already following me on Instagram!
Host an open house at the listing for your brokerage colleagues to expand your exposure! Many deals happen during the pre-listing marketing efforts!
